| My final project for my 3D modeling class. We were allowed to make anything we could come up with for this project, so I chose an SVD Dragunov, so I could put it into my first person shooter game Crosshair. Sadly I put too much work into it, it has over 42000 faces, and couldn't render in real time. It has one animation: The safety goes down, the trigger is pulled back, and the bullet flies out. Note: I never got to finish the scope or neck-rest, still got a perfect grade on it so I guess it's not really an issue.
Left: A final render of the rifle.
Center: A close up of the stock, showing the insane amount of detail I put into it.
Right: A down the barrel shot, showing the sight and muzzle reducer, which you can't see properly otherwise. |
